The “HOT” New Excalibur Forge!

The famous Hoyo de Monterrey Company has combined centuries of world-class cigar making with extensive aging to create a smoother product in the name of Excalibur Cigars. For many decades, this brand has been a huge hit among smokers looking for a milder version of the original marque. As this brand continued to evolve, the Excalibur featured various wrapper variations to accommodate just about every type of smoking enthusiast.

Today, we would like to introduce you to yet another long awaited extension to the Excalibur line. Hailing from the General Cigar factory in Honduras, The Forge was produced just for you (our loyal customers) – because it is only available exclusively thru JR Cigars!

The Excalibur Forge is a real work of art! Starting with its Honduras OSA Viso Sol wrapper, this exquisite leaf is grown in Olancho, San Agustin, a fertile valley of Honduras surrounded by tree-covered mountains. This carefully chosen field lies adjacent to a sparkling clear river that feeds the sun-nurtured tobaccos with pure spring waters and producing an exceptionally, fertile, robust and hearty wrapper.

Sitting below this luxury leaf is a Connecticut Habano binder specially harvested for this particular cigar using rare Cuban-seed tobaccos.

Completing this top-quality recipe is choice aged tobaccos from the most nutrient rich growing regions of Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic.

Possibly the most- unique and complex Excalibur to date, the Forge is a slow burning, very aromatic beauty with a refined medium to full body strength profile.

The pre-light aroma fills your nostrils with hay, honey, and a musty peppery bouquet that signifies this cigar has spent an ample amount of time aging.

Upon lighting, the dark richness of black tobacco and pepper inundate the palate. As the smoke matures its core notes of chocolate, leather, coffee bean, caramel and subtle hints of sweet spice join the mix, and remain dominant right until the final puff.

Sold in gift worthy dress boxes of 20, The Forge is an exceptionally constructed, slow burning gem offered in four popular big ring sizes. The Anvil a 7.25 × 54 Churchill, the Bellows a generously packed 6.5 × 54 Toro, the Keen a popular sized 5 x 50, and the Pommel, a 6 x 60 behemoth for those who love their smokes big!

We were fortunate enough to sample these cigars before final production, and our in-house testers gave every size an overwhelming thumbs up. Therefore, we are very excited to start the year 2016 with the Excalibur Forge in our ever-expanding lineup of premium cigars. We know that you will love them as much as we do!

Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
