Ernesto Kranwinkel is the newest blender to the Altadis USA team. He blended his first cigar, H. Upmann 1844 Anejo that’s gaining a lot of attraction.

Ernesto talks about his favorite projects he’s worked on in the last year. One being the H. Upmann 175th Anniversary and the other that isn’t released yet, The H. Upmann Grupo de Maestros.

Nick and Ernesto also broke down the most recent success under the H. Upmann brand have gained recently. Specifically the H. Upmann Hispaniola by Jose Mendez.

Ernesto talks about how it is to collaborate with Nestor Plasencia and AJ Fernandez. Morning trips to the field were a daily routine when they visit the tobacco fields in Nicaragua.
